It is now officially announced that, Reliance Jio is going to start the Jio Phone booking process or Jio phone online registration process from 24th August this year. Users can also go for Jio Phone pre-order offline by visiting the nearest Jio Digital Store. In this article, we are going to talk about the whole Reliance Jio Phone online registration process and how you can buy Jio Phone for effectively free of cost.
Jio Phone Online Registration
The rumor of this phone was hit the internet back in 2016. Then it was almost impossible for us to get the 4G VoLTE network support in any feature phone for such a low price. In the rumor, we saw it’s price which was Rs 999. But surprisingly, Mukesh Ambani announced about the Jio Phone for effectively free of cost. Buyers can take part in Jio Phone online registration or Jio Phone booking via offline and once they deposit a refundable amount of Rs 1,500, they will get the Jio Phone.
Users can also take back the refundable security money of Rs 1,500 once they spend three years with the Jio phone they bought via Jio Phone online registration process. But it is mandatory for all to participate in Jio Phone booking via online or offline in order to get the Jio Phone for effectively free of cost when the actual Jio Phone sale starts. Any strangers who haven’t registered for Jio Phone booking, can’t get the phone on sale day.
Jio Phone Booking Online
Users who wants to buy Jio Phone for them, will have to register for Jio Phone booking via online or offline. When the sale will start, users will have to deposit the security money of Rs 1,500. It is completely refundable after three years from the date of purchase.
If you want to go for Jio Phone online registration process, you will require the MyJio app. Just download the app from Google Play store and then open it. Login to the app by providing your Jio number, customer ID. There you can see a separate section for Jio Phone booking online from 24th August. Just follow the instructions given there and you are done.
Jio Phone Registration Via Offline
Now you might be thinking, that you are not an existing customer of Reliance Jio and you don’t have a Jio sim card and a 4G supported handset. How you can use the My Jio app because it will require a Jio number and customer ID. For those who are not an existing customer, they can opt out for Jio Phone registration via offline.
To register for Jio Phone via offline, you should visit your nearest Jio Digital store and provide all the required details on or before 24th August. The other shocking thing is, Jio may launch a hardware called “Jio Phone Tv Cable” which will let users connect the Jio Phone with any television and enjoy the live tv or movies on their tv via internet.
