Users can return the phone to the nearest Lava Service Center within 30 days after the purchase. They need to submit all the documents and bill also. After validating all the documents by the service center executive, user will get a phone call from Lava to verify and confirm the return.<\/p>\n
Once the return is confirmed, user will get a cheque and he\/she can transfer the amount to his\/her own bank account. But there is also a nominal processing fee and the buyer need to pay it. This processing fee is difference for difference Lava phones. In below image, you can see the specific processing fee for different Lava phone models.<\/p>\n
